Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply once the order has reached its destination.
โฉ๏ธ Returned to Sender/ Refused Shipments
- Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to our warehouse.
- All returned packages will be processed as returns.
- Refunds (minus return shipping charges) will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
๐ฆ Combining Pre-Order / Items Out of Stock / In-Stock Items in One Order
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order to confirm which items are available.
You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items to take advantage of our free shipping offer:

If you prefer to receive all items together and take advantage of free shipping for the entire order, we can hold your in-stock items until all pre-order items are available and ship them together. Alternatively, you may request to have the in-stock items shipped first, and you will need to purchase a flat shipping rate for the initial shipment.

- We do not ship to PO Boxesor APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Cancellations only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping addresses changes cannot be made after 24 hours.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address.
- During peak production periods or for highly customized items, shipping may take slightly longer – we'll keep you updated on your order’s progress.
