What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more details, please read our Return & Refund Policy
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. During checkout, you can select your country from the list of destination. Please note that buyer are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fee once the package arrives in the destination country.
How can I contact customer service?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We can only request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may have already been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at support@vboutiquestudio.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
How long will it take to ship my order?
- Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 2~7 business days after order confirmation.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require advance reservation. If the item is not currently in stock, it will be shipped once it becomes available. After the product is in stock and ready for release, your order will be shipped within 2~7 business days. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the shipment unit all items are available, unless you request separate shipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
How much does shipping cost?
- Canada: Flat Rate Shipping CAD $12.99 CAD. Free shipping on orders over CAD $129.99
- United States: Standard shipping starts at USD $17.99. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- International: Flat Rate Shipping CAD $29.99.
* Free Shipping does not apply to large / heavy items or remote areas. We also reserve the right to exclude certain products or delivery regions from our shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
What happens if my package is refused or undeliverable?
- Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to our warehouse.
- All returned packages will be processed as returns.
- Refunds (minus return shipping charges) will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vboutiquestudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. You can choose either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item at no additional cost.
